Scream & Shout
I know, I know, I’m a bit late with posting this week, and in fact I do apologise. But what’s important is I’m here now, so we can spew some wise words again and make our lives better as usual. Inspired by some irl stuff in business and in life today I would like to talk about having arguments. Sounds weird I know lol, but it’s part of our daily lives more than we would like to admit to ourselves, so let’s get into it.
How many times did I have arguments? A lot. How many times did I raised my voice? A lot. How many times did I end up looking dumb? A lot.

I think we can all relate to this, be it in professional or private life. We are emotional creatures and a lot of times we act out of emotion, and well it ends up pretty bad a lot of times. What most of us lack is emotional control. But we realise how dumb we looked when it’s too late. It’s hard to be present at that exact moment and handle those situations very well. Few can do that. And it takes years and years of bad experience and failure to get there. It’s so hard that we look at those people like some magicians. But there is hope for you and me. We will get there one day. Bit by bit. One lost argument to another.
What I’m trying to say I guess is this: Be prepared when these situations happen and have better arguments than other side. Screaming & Shouting won’t make you right, you will just look stupid. Staying calm and giving better arguments is where the victory is. What helped me the most was trying to realise when I’m in that situation and just being aware of what was going on, so I could control better my emotions. It takes some work to get there, but it’s doable. If you want to improve that part of your life try to start with that, who knows, it could help you out.
And as always, one image to put the word salad in visual format for my visual learners ( I see you).
I honestly hope I help at least some of you with these articles. There were times when I needed content like this and it wasn’t there, so I’m doing this to help out those of you who are in that situation. Just know that you are not alone in this.
And of course thank you all for reading this, it means a lot to me. If you have some questions or ideas, my DMs are open, so feel free to reach out any time.
Until next week
Cheers
